Martha Leonard

Martha Leonard is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in business risk management and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Business Risk Partners since June 2018 and providing HR consulting services at TMG Strategists, LLC since October 2017, Martha specializes in professional development, leadership behaviors, coaching, mentoring, and recruiting. Prior experience at The Hartford includes roles focused on leadership and professional development, where Martha developed recruiting strategies and managed a technology leadership program, and as Training & Development Manager, leading training initiatives for IT professionals. Earlier, at The Hartford Insurance Group, Martha developed technology training strategies and at Allstate Insurance, contributed to agency education across the Northeast region. Martha holds a degree from Central Connecticut State University.
