Ashley Burch

Ashley Burch is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director, Learning and Development at Business Talent Group since June 2018. Previously, Ashley held several leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Talent Solutions and Deputy of Learning and Development, and Senior Manager, Talent Solutions. Ashley's background includes facilitating client success through talent vetting and managing partnerships with major biopharma accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as the Clothes Closet Coordinator at the University of Michigan's Career Center, a Pathways Intern with the U.S. Department of Justice, and a tutor for student-athletes. Ashley holds a degree from the University of Michigan, earned from 2014 to 2018.
