Galdina Guzman-Sigala

Galdina Guzman-Sigala, MBA, APM, serves as the Director of Financial Operations at Business Talent Group since July 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Travel at Heidrick & Struggles from May 2015 to August 2021, and Senior Manager of Accounts Payable at Mesirow Financial for a brief period in 2014. Galdina has also held managerial positions in Accounts Payable and Vendor Management at Urban Partnership Bank and at True Value Company, where significant process optimizations and productivity improvements were achieved. Earlier career experiences include roles in credit analysis and underwriting at AkzoNobel and Gerling. Galdina obtained an MBA in International Business and a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Roosevelt University.
