Kim Chinn

Kim (Jensen) Chinn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development, training, and law enforcement. Currently serving as an OD Consultant at Butterball, LLC since March 2022, Kim previously held various roles at Shelter Insurance Companies, including Training and Development Specialist, where notable projects involved the successful implementation of a Statement Taking Course and the development of a Casualty Refresher school. Kim had a significant impact as a Personal Lines Underwriter and CRT Adjuster, receiving recognition for leadership and project management skills. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Police Officer with the Columbia Police Department, where commendations were received for investigative thoroughness, and working as an Investigator for the Newton County Sheriff Department, focusing on narcotics operations. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Missouri Southern State University.
