Karyn Detje

Karyn Detje is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Founder of FABRIC, a consulting practice established in March 2016 that focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness through innovative talent strategies. In addition to this role, Karyn has been an Advisor at Butterfly.ai since March 2018. Previous positions include Chief Talent Officer at Tory Burch from February 2010 to March 2015, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Publicis Groupe Media from 2001 to 2008, and Head of HR and Organizational Development at Quokka Sports from 1999 to 2001. Karyn started in HR management roles at Pepsi Bottling Group, Allied Signal, and Atlantic Richfield, with experience dating back to 1991. Karyn holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
