Randall Fleming

Randall Fleming has been with BW Papersystems since May 1988, progressing through various roles including Production Leader NBE, L3 Team Leader, Manufacturing Engineer 1, and Master Fabricator. As a Production Leader, Randall has focused on implementing continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, cost, and customer service. Responsibilities have included coaching and mentoring team members on Lean Manufacturing principles, facilitating L3 events, and supporting manufacturing operations with technical expertise. With a strong foundation in structural fabrication and design, Randall has held key positions that enhance process efficiency and team development. Education includes leadership and communication training, enhancing Randall's ability to inspire responsible change within the organization.
