Greg Dronen

Greg Dronen is an experienced professional in facilities management and production control, currently serving as the Global Facilities Director at BWI Group since April 2009, overseeing facilities at seven international plants, five tech centers, two proving grounds, and various sales offices. Prior to this role, Dronen worked at Delphi from February 2000 to May 2009, where responsibilities included managing global production control and logistics for chassis suspension and brakes, leading prototype engineering for customer programs, and managing engineering applications related to braking systems. Dronen’s career began at General Motors from June 1994 to May 1999, where various manufacturing roles were held, focusing on direct supervision, ABS quality, production management, and Y2K coordination. Dronen holds a degree in Manufacturing Management with a focus on Lean Manufacturing from Kettering University, as well as bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
