Kimeshan Naidoo

Kimeshan Naidoo serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Board Observer at BX since January 2023, leading engineering efforts at a carbon credit company that aids farmers in reducing their carbon footprint while enhancing profitability. Naidoo co-founded Unibuddy in May 2016, previously holding the position of CTO from 2016 to 2022, overseeing the platform's growth to over 3 million users and 650 universities, with a team of 50 engineers and annual revenue nearing $10 million. Additionally, Naidoo is a Trustee at Ashinaga UK and previously held roles including Founder In Residence at Entrepreneur First, a Project Engineer, and Junior Engineer at SLB, and Chairperson of the United Nations Association of South Africa at the University of Cape Town. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
