Janet D. Cox

Janet D. Cox, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at By Light Professional IT Services, Janet provides executive communications support to Department of Defense leaders in cyberspace operations. As the Founder and CEO of Ariel Pathways LLC, focus is placed on navigating complex environments with an emphasis on reputation management and leader development. Janet has held various academic positions as an Adjunct Faculty Member in multiple universities, teaching graduate-level courses in leadership and management. Previous roles include strategic and operational support at Northrop Grumman and public information leadership in city and community relations. Janet holds a PhD in Organization & Management Leadership from Capella University, a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business from Radford University.
