Glory Polonia possesses extensive experience in IT operations, vendor management, and project coordination. Currently serving as IT Operations and Vendor Management at Leader Bank since March 2021, Glory supports the Chief Technology Officer in managing vendor relationships and oversees non-technical projects. Previous roles include Business Office Coordinator, Corporate Travel Consultant, Travel and Partnership Specialist, and Leisure Travel Agent, demonstrating a strong background in project coordination, account management, client satisfaction, and training. Glory holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College.
