Idan Grinshpon - Cloud and As-A-Service Transformation Leader

Idan Grinshpon serves as the AVP and Head of Cloud Services Business Unit at Bynet Data Communications since January 2021, leading a team of Cloud Sales Specialists, Presale Consultants, and Portfolio Managers in driving cloud and as-a-Service business strategies. Prior to this role, Grinshpon spent a year as Lead Systems Engineer at VMware, focusing on pre-sales and customer relationship management within the Defense and MOD sector. A long tenure at Bynet Data Communications Ltd, spanning from 2009 to 2020, included key positions such as Manager of Pre-sale & System Engineering and Lead Pre-sale & Systems Engineer, where Grinshpon directed sales processes and managed large-scale enterprise projects. Grinshpon's career began in the Israeli Air Force, where leadership roles in system engineering and project management laid a strong technical foundation. Academic qualifications include a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an M.Sc. in Technologies Management from Holon Institute of Technology, along with various professional certifications.
