Lucie Grindes

Lucie GRINDES is a highly experienced scientific professional specializing in biotechnological development and process optimization. Currently serving as a Scientifique Développement de lignées et de procédés USP at ByoRNA since November 2023, Lucie contributes to the advancement of a platform for large-scale production of therapeutic RNA. Prior to this role, Lucie was a Scientist at ADERA, where operational management and project oversight in the bioproduction field were key responsibilities. Lucie has a rich background, including a Cifre PhD in cell line development from Merck Group, focused on optimizing processes for recombinant protein production. Additional experiences include research internships at top biopharmaceutical companies like Sanofi-Pasteur and MFP, alongside earlier roles in various biotech research settings. Lucie's educational qualifications consist of a PhD in Biotechnology from Université de Bordeaux and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from ENSTBB Bordeaux INP.
