Jonathan Lynch is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Partner at ByrneWallace LLP since May 2017, Jonathan previously held a similar position at McDowell Purcell, where expertise included private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prior experiences also include roles at Gore & Grimes, Lennon Heather, Quinn Insurance, LKG Solicitors, and McCann FitzGerald, encompassing various aspects of corporate law, professional indemnity, and commercial contracts. Jonathan holds a degree in Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin (1998 - 2002).
