Charles Clark

Charles Clark is the Director at BYRON HEALTH CENTER. Charles has over 13 years of experience in operations, IT, business analytics, software development, project management, and solution delivery. Prior to joining BYRON HEALTH CENTER, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Gene Tox Lab Solutions from August 2020 to May 2021. Charles also held various positions at Johnson Controls and Tyco Retail Solutions, such as Director of Data Enabled Business (DEB) Platform Program Management and Project Management Office (PMO) Manager. Under their leadership, the team was able to successfully deliver consistent and standardized NPI hardware, software, services, and third-party solutions.

Charles Clark has a MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Charles also has a BS in Computer Science from North Central College and an AAS in Digital Electronics from Olive Harvey College. In addition, they have certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in Pragmatic Institute - Build Certification, Pragmatic Institute - Foundations Certification, and Pragmatic Institution - Focus Certification. Charles also has certification from SPH Analytics in Six sigma green belt and from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in Graduate Certification in Project Management. Finally, they have certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster.
