Cong Zhao

Cong Zhao is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer currently at ByteDance, with previous experience as a Senior Data Scientist at NIO and as a co-founder of ROMAN ROADS. Early career experience includes an internship at IBM. Cong Zhao holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Operations Research and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science, both obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2011 and 2016.
