Shibiao Nong

Shibiao Nong is a software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently employed at ByteDance since February 2020. Prior to this role, Shibiao worked as a software engineer at Petuum, Inc. from January 2019 to February 2020, and at Learningpal from December 2016 to January 2019. Shibiao's career began with an internship at Tworoads Software in 2016, where a word recognition module was designed using OpenCV and tesseract. Additionally, from May to July 2015, Shibiao contributed to The Glucosystem as a developer, creating health simulation software and real-time communication applications for iOS devices. Earlier, in 2010, an internship at China Telecom involved resolving customer complaints. Shibiao Nong holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Xidian University.
