Craig Caplan

Craig Caplan has extensive experience in television production, primarily with C-SPAN since August 1996, where roles have included Capitol Hill Producer, Political Producer, and Washington Journal Executive Producer. Caplan has produced coverage of significant political events, managed production staff, and directed various public affairs programs. Prior to C-SPAN, Caplan worked at WNVT/WNVC-TV from September 1989 to July 1996 as a Legislative Affairs Producer, focusing on legislative programming and coordinating interviews. Caplan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from American University and a Master of Science in Government Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
