Mark McElroy

Mark McElroy, PhD, serves as the Central KY Board Chair at The C12 Group since January 2021 and is the Managing Partner at Back Forty Farm from June 1998 to present. Previously, Mark held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at Addiction Recovery Care from October 2018 to January 2021, where duties expanded to oversee education and training. In addition, strategic contributions were made as a Strategic Business Consultant at McElroy Strategic Consulting from 2016 to January 2021 and as Chief Strategy Officer at Connected Nation, Inc. from September 2006 to 2015. Mark's career commenced as VP editorial at Smyth & Helwys Publishing, Inc. from January 1993 to June 1998. Academic credentials include a Master of Divinity and a PhD focused on philosophy, theology, and learning theory from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, along with a Bachelor of Science in agriculture and chemistry from Western Kentucky University.
