LaToya A. is a seasoned public health professional with a diverse background in healthcare quality improvement, epidemiology, and public health initiatives. Currently serving as a Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist III at TMF Health Quality Institute since July 2022, LaToya previously contributed as an Epidemiologist at Insight Global, focusing on Covid-19 response and leading an early childhood education team. Experience as a Public Health Associate with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention involved work with the Tennessee Department of Health on HIV prevention and epidemiology. Earlier roles included Correctional Release Specialist with Orange County Government, where LaToya managed inmate release processes, and Certified Nursing Assistant positions at The Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park and Supporting Independence Inc., providing direct care to clients. LaToya holds a Master of Public Health from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Central Florida.
