Serena Paul

Serena Paul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience and retail operations. Currently serving as an Employee Experience Specialist at CAAT Pension Plan since July 2024, Serena previously held the position of Retail Operations Support & Integration Manager at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC, where responsibilities included coordinating communications and providing operational support to stores. Prior to Rexall, Serena worked at Lowe’s stores in Canada as a Store Operations Communications & Events Coordinator, facilitating communication and event planning for stores. Serena's career also includes significant roles at Walmart Canada, where management of claims and returns was undertaken, as well as positions at SERA Global Logistics Inc. and Hudson's Bay Company. Serena holds multiple degrees in Business Administration and related fields from Ryerson University, Sheridan College, and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
