Guy A. Metcalfe

Guy A. Metcalfe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Board Member for Prologis, CBRE, Beacon Capital Partners, and RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, as well as an Advisory Board Member for Cabot and Senior Advisor for Town Lane, Metcalfe's leadership is further demonstrated through active participation on the Board and Executive Committee of the Child Mind Institute and as Vice Chairman Emeritus of Schools That Can. Previously, Metcalfe held various senior roles at Morgan Stanley from July 1990 to January 2024, culminating in the position of Managing Director & Global Chairman of Real Estate. Metcalfe earned a Bachelor's degree in Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University, completing the program from 1987 to 1990.
