Cesar Paiva

Cesar Paiva serves as the Chairman for the French subsidiary of Cabot Credit Management, Europe's leading credit management company, since September 2017, focusing on new business development and the interface with the parent company. Additionally, Cesar holds the position of International Senior Advisor in the financial services sector, specializing in retail banking, consumer finance, and payment systems. Previously, Cesar was a Senior Partner at Exton Consulting and held several key roles at Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, including Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Cesar's extensive career in the financial services industry began as Managing Director at Oliver Wyman, overseeing the Paris office, and includes earlier experience at Procter & Gamble as a Recruiting Supervisor in Venezuela. Education includes an MBA from INSEAD, completion of the International Track Program at HEC Paris, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
