Windy Schneider

Windy Schneider is a seasoned Learning Architect at CACI International Inc since May 2014, specializing in the design and execution of custom learning experiences, including compliance training and new hire orientation for the organization’s 23,000 employees. Additionally, Windy operates Windy & Co. since July 2002. Previous roles include Strategic Consultant and Senior Instructional Designer at Fusion Technology LLC, where Windy provided instructional design for a large Intelligence Community organization, and various instructional design and multimedia positions at CACI International Inc, Computer Science Corporation, Meridian Knowledge Solutions, and The MITRE Corporation. Windy holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University, a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from George Mason University, and additional certifications in gamification and eLearning. Windy is currently pursuing a certificate in AI for Learning from the Digital Learning Institute.
