Tracy Weir

Tracy Weir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data-driven marketing and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at CACI Ltd since January 1998, Tracy focuses on leveraging data to enhance client connections and insights within markets. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Senior Vice President of the Integrated Marketing Group at CDMS from July 1989 to 1998 and also held the position of Managing Director at a marketing services provider. Earlier career experience includes working as an Account Manager at Mars Confectionery from January 1988 to June 1989. Tracy's educational background includes a degree from Imperial College London and ongoing studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, starting in April 2022.
