Dave Saville

Dave Saville is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Regional Managing Director at Caddick Construction Limited since January 2024. Prior to this, Dave held the position of Regional Managing Director Construction and Business Unit Director at Wates Group from June 2019 to January 2024. Dave's extensive background includes the role of North West Regional Director for John Sisk & Son Ltd from April 2016 to July 2022, and Project Leader at Laing O'Rourke from 2002 to April 2016, where significant projects included the Alder Hey Children's Health Park PFI Project and the Greater Manchester Police PFI Project. Earlier roles at Ballast Nedam and John Laing Construction further developed Dave's expertise in project planning and management. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) hons in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University.
