Joe Luby

Joe Luby is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a career spanning over two decades in the construction industry. Since December 2019, Joe has been with Caddick Construction Ltd, following a role at Torsion Group Limited from July to December 2019, and a significant tenure at Kier Group from June 2015 to July 2019. Joe's career began at We Are Shepherd, where a dedicated path from building student to Senior Quantity Surveyor was established over 15 years. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2002 and 2008.
