David Perkins

David Perkins is a seasoned mortgage professional currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Cadence Bank since April 2024. In addition to this role, David holds positions as a Board Member and Treasurer for both the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association and Christian Community Services Inc. David is also a Board Member for the Middle Tennessee Council, Boy Scouts of America, and actively participates in the Williamson County Association of REALTORS as a Member Engagement Committee Member and Taskforce Chair of Community Outreach. David's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Mortgage Relationship Manager and Community Lending Specialist at Studio Bank and as a VP Branch Manager/Originator at BancorpSouth. David holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
