Zoe Harris

Zoe Harris is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and health and safety law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Cadent Gas Limited since May 2019, Zoe previously held the position of Senior Associate in the EHS Team at Eversheds Sutherland from January 2016 to May 2019, where representation involved cases of health and safety-related offences, including manslaughter. Earlier in the career at Eversheds, Zoe worked as an Associate specializing in corporate criminal defence, regulatory compliance, inquests, and environmental prosecutions. Prior to that, Zoe was a Solicitor in the Regulatory Services Unit at Weightmans, providing counsel during serious workplace investigations and prosecutions. Academic qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bournemouth University.
