Shelly Braude-Stein

Shelly Braude-Stein is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Learning & Organizational Development at Caesarstone Ltd. since December 2020, Shelly has successfully led cross-organizational HR projects and the global implementation of an HR system. Prior to this role, Shelly was the Head of HR at Western Digital's Tefen site, where responsibilities included consulting management on organizational issues and driving talent engagement strategies. As the VP of HR at Zap Group from 2016 to 2019, Shelly focused on HR strategy and training digital professionals. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Cellcom, managing the full employee lifecycle, and positions at Keinan-Sheffy Ltd. and adam-milo. Shelly holds an MBA in Human Resource and a BA in Behavioral Science from The College of Management Academic Studies.
