Hugo Cira is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, currently serving as a Senior Executive - IT Infrastructure Manager at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina since October 2009. Cira has successfully led significant projects, including the Production Datacenter Migration, and oversees the management of infrastructure services focused on server and database platforms across various locations.
