Iqbal Singh serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Cafe Coffee Day since December 2022, where a dynamic L&D strategy has been crafted to align with business goals, delivering training to 3000 employees and enhancing organizational objectives. Previously, Iqbal held the position of Assistant General Manager Training at realme from May 2019 to December 2022, achieving a 15% increase in employee engagement through innovative learning strategies. With a diverse background in training and development roles at companies such as Huawei, TRANSSION HOLDINGS, Redington India Ltd, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Reliance Communications, and IBM Daksh, Iqbal has consistently fostered professional growth across various sectors. Iqbal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a BA in Geography from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
