Teresa Fiona Keymar is an accomplished professional in human resources and operational leadership with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at café+co since June 2024, Teresa previously held multiple roles, including Head of Operations and Head of Consulting at JobRocker from December 2020 to May 2024. Teresa's career also includes significant contributions at ISS Austria from May 2012 to November 2020 as Team Leader Recruiting & Employer Branding, People & Culture Manager, and Senior HR Business Partner. Additionally, Teresa worked at McSHARK Multimedia AG in Personalwesen & Areamanagement from March 2010 to April 2012. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Arbeitsgestaltung und HR Management from FH bfi Wien, completed in 2011.
