Mirjam L. Dekker

Mirjam L. Dekker, MBA, MS HRD, currently serves as the Director of Candidate & Member Relations and Project Director & Operations Lead at CAIA Association since February 2019. Previously, Mirjam co-founded The Career Mobility Group, where responsibilities included senior project management and leadership in organizational effectiveness and talent development. With a diverse background, Mirjam has held various roles at KnowledgeWorks Foundation, focusing on strategic partnerships and project management, and gained experience as an International Account Manager at IAVI, contributing to significant sales growth. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Data Analytics from Xavier University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, alongside earlier studies in International Business and Fashion Design.
