Andrew Thomaides, CEPA®, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic business development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator (Fractional) at Cairnstack Software LLC and estound, Andrew oversees critical operations, sales and marketing, finance, and customer success initiatives. As President of Entegro Business Solutions, Andrew partners with CEOs to enhance business scalability and exit strategies. Previously, Andrew held key roles including President and COO at New Law Business Model and COO at Ecosystems Group, where a strong focus on growth strategies and operational efficiency was evident. Andrew's career also includes contributions to community development with COMACO, innovative product management at DropZone Multimedia, and fundraising expertise with Greenpeace. Andrew holds a B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government from American University.
