Deena Fayez

Deena Fayez is an experienced educator with a comprehensive background in chemistry and science education. Currently serving as the Head of Year 11, CAS teacher, and IGCSE & IBDP Chemistry Teacher at Cairo English School since September 2019, Deena has previously held leadership roles as the Head of Science Department and IGCSE Chemistry Teacher at Capital International Schools from September 2017 to October 2019, and as the Head of Science Department and IGCSE Chemistry Teacher at EBIS from September 2008 to August 2016. Deena began the teaching career as a Chemistry Teacher at Modern Education School from September 2006 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from Cairo University, earned between January 1989 and June 1994, and a GCE Diploma attained at St. Mary English School in early 1988.
