Josephine Yip

Josephine Yip is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and asset management, currently serving as Managing Director at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec since December 2024. Prior to this role, Josephine held positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge as Vice President and Senior Director from September 2021 to December 2024, and Senior Vice President at Alpha Investment Partners from July 2017 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Josephine worked at GIC as Vice President from April 2005 to June 2017, and gained experience as Valuer at IRAS and Research Analyst at DTZ Edmund Tie & Co. Josephine holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, with expertise spanning Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Australia.
