Jake Weber

Jake Weber is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Director of Sales at Caldera Manufacturing Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jake held various positions at Super Steel, LLC from July 2018 to March 2024, including Director of Sales and Marketing and Business Development Manager, focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. From January 2013 to July 2018, Jake worked as a National Account Sales Specialist at Fastenal, where responsibilities included managing large customers across multiple locations. Additionally, Jake gained early experience as a Government Sales Intern, supporting government sales contracts and analyzing opportunities for government entities.
