Peter Reed

Peter Reed is a seasoned executive in the insurance sector with extensive experience in executive search and leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner for the Global Insurance Practice at Caldwell since April 2020, Peter previously held the position of Consultant and Insurance Practice Leader for North America at Spencer Stuart from April 2018 to April 2020. Peter's career includes significant tenure at Caldwell, where Peter served as Managing Partner for the Insurance Practice from April 2010 to April 2018, as well as a partnership at CTPartners from February 2007 to April 2010. Earlier roles include Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International, Senior Underwriter at Chubb Group, and Underwriter at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.
