Matt Beard

Matt Beard holds a Master's degree in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University. With extensive experience in engineering leadership, Matt currently serves as the Head of Product Engineering for Platform Services at Calendly. Previously, Matt held multiple senior director positions at Salesforce, including roles in Software Engineering, Compute Platform, and Platform Engineering. Additional experience includes serving as Director of UX Architecture and Director of Platform Engineering at ExactTarget, as well as a Senior Manager in Product Development. Early career experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Indeliq.
