Alexia R. Dukes

Alexia R. Dukes is a dedicated professional with experience in talent acquisition and business operations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Partner at Caleres, Inc. since September 2023, Alexia previously held positions within the same company as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Representative and Intern. Additionally, Alexia is the Owner of Warm Muffin since May 2020. Active in advocacy, Alexia is a member of the National Board of Directors for the NAACP from February 2022 to December 2024. Alexia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harris-Stowe State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
