Eli del Carmen

Eli Del Carmen has extensive experience in the footwear industry, currently serving as Vice President at Caleres, Inc. since 2010, where responsibilities include managing and growing the wholesale business for the Naturalizer brand and executing sales strategies, financial planning, and brand building. Previous roles at Caleres include Senior Director of Sales and On-Air Guest Host for QVC & HSN. Eli also holds leadership positions at Two Ten Footwear Foundation as Senior Account Director and Treasurer of the Associate Board. Earlier in the career, Eli worked as a Product Manager at TRG Group, successfully developing a $30M travel accessory collection for Target and managing significant product lines. Eli began the career as a Buyer for Women’s Footwear at Macy’s, overseeing a $30M annual business. Educational background includes a degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
