Catherine French is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation leadership, operations management, and business integration across the financial services sector. Currently serving as SVP of Caliber Transformation at Caliber Home Loans, Inc., Catherine leads nine cross-business initiatives focused on enhancing cost efficiency and cycle times. Previous roles include SVP Production Transformation at Caliber, Consultant at Stearns Lending, and Interim Vice President of Business Integration at SSM Health St. Louis, where Catherine managed due diligence and integration strategies. Catherine's career at Citi spanned nearly three decades, culminating in leadership positions within program management and change management.
