Marlene Pummell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member experience and customer support operations. Currently serving as the Director of Member Experience, Operations & Transformation at Calibrate, Marlene manages the implementation of new tools and processes, focusing on change management and vendor relationships, particularly with Zendesk. Previously, Marlene held several leadership roles at Rally Health, including Director of Consumer Support Operations, where responsibilities included training, project management for operational changes, and liaising between support and technical teams. Marlene also contributed to Zappos Family of Companies as a Product Manager for Customer Support Tools and a Senior Manager overseeing a large contact center. Marlene earned a B.S.B.A. in International Business from UNLV Lee Business School.
