Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Simultaneously, Mariana serves as the Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
