Bruce Biggs

Bruce Biggs is a seasoned professional in capture management with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Principal Capture Manager at Caliburn International since December 2019, Bruce oversees strategic initiatives within a firm that provides a wide range of professional services globally. Previous roles include Senior Capture Manager at Raytheon, Capture Director at General Dynamics Information Technology, and Principal Strategist at CSC, among others, where responsibilities spanned capture processes, bid strategies, and IT solutions development. Bruce holds a Master’s degree in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
