Janis Machala

Janis Machala is the current Board Member for LaunchPad at Calico Energy. Janis has also been the Executive Dean-Corporate and Continuing Education at Bellevue College and has been in charge of program development, overseeing a team of entrepreneurs in residence, and relationships with the venture and angel financing community.

Janis Machala has a Coactive Professional Certified Coach certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, an MBA in marketing from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and a BA in psychology and English from Augustana College. Janis is also certified in Positive Intelligence coaching from Positive Intelligence, Inc. and is an Associate Certified Coach and ICF Member Badge holder from the International Coaching Federation.
