Carol Summersgill

Carol Summersgill is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at California Closets since January 2019, Carol oversees comprehensive HR functions, emphasizing strategic decision-making and talent acquisition. Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Libbey Inc., Carol directed human capital strategies across multiple countries and held the role of Vice President for HR in the US and Canada. Earlier positions include SVP of Human Resources at Coty Inc., Chief Human Resources Officer at Therma-Tru Doors, and various leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, where Carol significantly impacted leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
