Pia Zaragoza

Pia Z. is an experienced professional in user experience design and accessibility research, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at California College of the Arts since August 2023 and at the University of San Francisco from January to May 2024. Pia Z. has held various roles including Community Manager and User Experience Design Mentor at Springboard and served as a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Additional experience includes significant contributions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President of Accessibility Research and Insights, and participation as a Board Member at Creativity Explored. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University, along with studies at institutions such as MIT and Parsons School of Design, supplemented by numerous certifications in diversity, inclusion, and design research.
