Eric Shiu has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, demonstrating a strong background in business analysis and customer support. Currently serving as a Tax Technician at the California Franchise Tax Board and a Digital Banking Support representative at First Tech Federal Credit Union, Eric previously held multiple roles at Wells Fargo from January 2006 onwards, including Case Management Specialist, Business Analyst, and Business Support Consultant.
