Mina Mohaddess

Mina Mohaddess is an experienced attorney specializing in sourcing, residency, and other state tax credit (OSTC) at the California Franchise Tax Board since June 2023. Previously, Mina served as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte, providing tax consulting and controversy services within the California Suite, and had earlier roles as Tax Consultant II and Tax Consultant I. Mina's experience includes an internship at the California Franchise Tax Board in the Multi-State Tax Bureau, where representation in taxpayer appeals was key, as well as a law clerk position at Kershaw Talley Barlow focused on class action and mass tort litigation. Additional experience in the entertainment industry includes various production roles from 2012 to 2019 on high-profile projects such as the Grammys and Netflix productions. Mina holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television from Loyola Marymount University.
